SuperContest National Weeks 1-9

2023 SUPERBOOK SPORTS FREE SUPERCONTEST NATIONAL WEEKS 1-9 FOOTBALL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. All contestants must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

2. Contestants can participate in the SCN 1-9 by signing up at SuperConest.com.

3. Entries will begin being accepted for the SCN 1-9 at 12:00 PM PST on Friday, August 25, 2023, and conclude at 11:59 PM PST on Saturday, September 9, 2023.

4. Maximum of five (5) entries per contestant. Each entry shall be treated as a separate entry for all purposes, including prize distribution. SuperBook Sports reserves the right to approve all aliases (limited to 20 characters/no commas). SuperBook management has the right to change any alias name for any reason. Entering SCN 1-9 does not preclude a contestant from entering any other contests that are available.

5. The SCN 1-9 will begin Wednesday, September 6, 2023, and conclude Tueday, November 7, 2023 (provided no games are in delay per rule 19).

6. The SCN 1-9 Football Contest is based on selecting winning teams against the contest line. Contestants must select five (5) professional football teams per entry, per week. Contestants may not select both sides of the same game on a single entry. In the event a contestant has multiple entries they may select one side of the game on one (1) entry and the opposite side of the same game on any other entry.

7. Contest winners will be determined by the total number of points accumulated during Weeks 1-9 of the professional football regular season. Each winning selection against the point spread will count as one (1) point. Ties (pushes) against the point spread count as one half (1/2) point. For contest purposes, games are considered complete when the NFL deems the game is complete. In the event of an NFL team forfeiting a game, the winning team will be awarded one (1) point and the forfeiting team will be awarded zero (0) points. This rule does NOT apply to games that are canceled and/or postponed.

8. Tie-breaking rules will be applied to determine overall first place only. Contestants tying for second through tenth place will equally split aggregate prize for the respective place. In the event of a first-place tie, the first-place prize winner will be determined based on the contestant that accumulated the most Contest points during week 9. If total points accumulated during week 9 are equal then tiebreaker will revert to Week 8, then Week 7, etc., to determine the first-place prize winner. In the event of a tie after all weekly tiebreakers, dual first place winners will be declared, and the aggregate prize money will be split equally amongst the number of contestants still tied for first place.

9. Weekly selection lines will be available at approximately 5:00 PM PST each Wednesday during the promotional period. Contestant weekly selections will be available in the contest website after selections close for the week. Current standings will be available on Tuesday (provided no games are in delay per rule 19).

10. Contestants will be required to enter contest selections on the SuperContest.com website. Contestants must be within the approved geographical boundary to make selections and enter contest. Currently approved geographical boundaries include the states of Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. By agreeing to terms and conditions, the entrant becomes the “official contestant” and is the only one approved to collect any prizes. Prizes must be collected within 90 days of contest becoming official.

11. Contestants must submit their weekly selections between each Wednesday when contest lines are available (approx. 5:00 PM PST) and 10:00 AM PST each Sunday. In the event a contestant wishes to use any game that starts before this 10:00 AM PST Sunday deadline they may make that selection(s) before the listed game time. Contestant(s) who fail to submit their weekly selection by 10:00 AM PST every Sunday will be awarded zero (0) points for any pick not made. THE 10:00 AM PST DEADLINE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

12. The 2023 SCN 1-9 contestants must submit their weekly selections via the SuperContest.com website. Contestants must be within the approved geographic boundary to make selections (see list of states in rule 10). SuperBook Sports is not responsible for any technical difficulties, malfunctions or any predictable or unforeseen issues regardless of whether the issues are on the end of the SuperContest.com website or the contestant. Each contestant is responsible for submitting his/her picks before the 10:00 AM PST Sunday deadline.

13. The selection generated by the SuperContest computer system is the official weekly entry of record. The contestant’s official selections will be those contained in the SuperContest.com website records. It is the contestant’s responsibility to confirm and verify their selections on the “my entries” page of the website.

14. Weekly selections must be made by the 10:00 AM PST deadline. Contestants can change any selection before the 10:00 AM PST deadline as long as the game deadline has not started. If more than one (1) weekly selection is erroneously accepted for an entry, the first entry of weekly selections associated with that entry will be the official selections of record.

15. 2023 SuperContest National Weeks 1-9 Prize Structure

First Place will receive $5,000.

Second Place will receive $2,500.

Third place will receive $1,000.

Fourth place will receive $750.

Fifth Place will receive $500.

Sixth Place will receive $400.

Seventh Place will receive $300.

Eight Place will receive $100.

Ninth Place will receive $75.

Tenth Place will receive $50.

Top 50 contestants will receive a SuperBook Sports shirt.

Ties for second place through tenth place will equally split aggregate prize for the respective places.

Total cash prize pool is $10,675.

Any contest entry going 5-0 (5 wins) in any week will receive a SuperBook gift.

16. The professional football regular season must consist of at least seven of the first nine official weeks by November 7, 2023, for the SCN 1-9 to be considered valid.

17. All SuperBook House Rules apply to this contest unless otherwise stipulated in these rules.

18. The SuperBook reserves the right to cancel this contest or refuse to accept any registration or wager if the same could violate any federal, state or county law, ordinance, or regulation. Furthermore, SuperBook Sports may cancel the contest in the event of technical difficulties or other occurrences beyond the control of the SuperBook.

19. For contest purposes, all games are action despite a location change. In the event of a game cancellation or postponement, the game must be played by Tuesday at 11:59 PM PST of the current week to be applied toward contest standings or contestant will be awarded zero points for that game.

20. After the final winners are posted, a three (3) day verification period will occur. Any disputes with the contest and results or prize allocation must be provided to management in writing within this verification period. At the end of the three (3) day verification period, the SCN 1-9 results will be declared official, and payout will be awarded on Saturday, November 11, 2023.

21. Employees, as well as family and household members of SuperBook Sports employees, may not participate in the contest.

22. All contestants agree to grant SuperBook Sports unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotion, advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice review or consent.

23. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this promotion lie solely with SuperBook Sports whose decisions are final.

24. All contest times are approximate. SuperBook Sports reserves, in full, all rights in enforcing any time deadlines and SuperBook Sports decision will be final.

25. All entries are subject to review and verification.

26. SuperBook Sports reserves the right to modify or cancel this contest at any time for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval provided that such modification shall not, as the date of such modification, materially alter or change any participant’s prize already awarded.

27. SuperBook Sports may disqualify any person for any prize based upon SuperBook Sports belief of the possible commission of fraud, dishonest, violation of contest rules or other misconduct, whether or not, related to this contest.

28. Record of entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with legal requirements.

29. Individuals who are excluded from gaming facilities, including through a government program, at SuperBook Sports discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible to participate or win any prize.

30. A copy of these rules and any changes will be available on the contest website throughout the duration of this contest.

31. All laws and regulations of the Gaming Commission and Gaming Control Board apply.
